Saletta Boni is an organizational psychologist with a Ph.D. from
Columbia University. She is a senior consultant and managing partner
with Leadership Consulting Associates, a New York City based group of
psychologists consulting to a variety of Fortune 100 and professional
organizations in the areas of organization assessment and development.
She frequently works with Peter Cairo and Associates, Inc. as a senior
consultant and project leader.
Dr. Boni has worked for over 15 years with client organizations such as
AT&T, J.P. Morgan, Pfizer, Colgate-Palmolive, 3M, Mt. Sinai Medical
Center (NYC), and Columbia College in the areas of strategic planning,
organization design and change management. Her work includes a focus on the
development of leadership and leadership teams. Currently she is
working as the lead consultant in an organization development project with
the Wall Street Law firm Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson.
Dr. Boni holds a faculty appointment at Columbia University and is
involved in an action research program at Columbia University Medical
School, Behavioral Medicine Program with a specialty in the area of
work-related stress. Her approach involves the assessment of the
sources of stress in the workplace.
She frequently participates as a member of the faculty of the Columbia
Business School Executive Education Program, both in their senior executive
programs as well as in customized work with clients such as Ericsson and Sun
Microsystems. She participates as a faculty member at Harvard’s Kennedy
School on the topic of leadership development. She has authored and
co-authored several articles and presentations in the areas of change
management, organization climate, and work stress. She has recently
joined the Board of Directors for the Center for the Advancement of Health
and has offered her services to a number of not-for-profit organizations in
support of their leadership and change management challenges.
